I was able to get in when needed and was notified of a part needed before putting it on. It took about 20 minutes longer than expected because of having to order the part. Every one was very kind.

I usually give Cooper's a five star, but the service I've been receiving from a particular person has been hard to take.Both Dennis and Eric have been amazing and they made things right. I will continue to be back, but will ask to work with them only. I work too hard for my money and to be treated by a person that doesn't have compassion or know why you're at the shop when you're in for a high bill appointment.Again, the owner and Eric are great. And because of them, this is still the only place to go.

I went there to get my air conditioner recharges. They found a leak, fixed it and re-charged it with gas and were done in about 4 hours after I dropped it off. The cost was very reasonable, too.

I know less than nothing about cars and am consequently a target for the, "Buy all this s^&% you don't need!" sales-hungry tigers out there. These guys, on two separate occasions, saved me close to a thousand dollars on unnecessary auto work. They fixed what needed to be fixed and made sure my car was safe to drive. It's like I walked in and wasn't a customer--I was a person.

A mechanic proves his or her true worth when, after fixing what they were supposed to, they go on, tell the customer what else needs to be done and then do it the right way. They are great, and not in a dealership "You need this too" way.
