I usually give Cooper's a five star, but the service I've been receiving from a particular person has been hard to take.Both Dennis and Eric have been amazing and they made things right. I will continue to be back, but will ask to work with them only. I work too hard for my money and to be treated by a person that doesn't have compassion or know why you're at the shop when you're in for a high bill appointment.Again, the owner and Eric are great. And because of them, this is still the only place to go.
