Very pleased to see the waiting room all newly renovated. It was clean, welcoming and most importantly, air conditioned on the very, very hot day. Everyone was super friendly.

Oil change and tire rotation was done in a fast timing. Although, I had a nail pulled from one of the tires, I had forgotten that I have free repair with discount tire? Is there any chance I can get the $18 I paid for the tire fix returned to me! Ha Ha I was a little upset because I ask to see the nail and they could not show it to me?? They should always keep the nail and show it to the customer.

Went in to get an oil change for my vehicle and everything went well and as expected. The service clerk behind the counter informed me of other things that will need future attention, but did not pressure me into scheduling service to get those items fixed. The whole process was about 20-25 mins and I was out the door and on my way. Good place to have work done on your car.

Best automotive staff and service in Boulder area. Friendly, kind and attentive ownership. Cooper's is always super busy, so be patient, especially if on the phone. Best option is to work with them in person. Worth any wait you may have to endure initially.

So far, I give this place 5 stars... I called the place I usually go to and asked if I could bring my car in the next morning to get the panel on the bottom secured since it came loose and was dragging on the road. They told me, "we'll be open in the morning and bring your car in as early as you can." I showed up, waited 10 minutes in the office for someone to come help me, no one showed, and I walked out. What companies don't realize is they don't have the luxury to fuck up anymore. Every moment and interaction of your business counts otherwise people go elsewhere. I found Cooper's on yelp, called, told him what was going on, and he said to bring it in. When I got there, he took the keys, drove my car in to get fixed, and came back 5 minutes later. I asked him how much, and he said no charge, the panel was just incorrectly installed from the previous place I got work done and to have a nice day. He didn't get any contact information & didn't tell me I needed to spend $2,000 dollars on this, this, and that. Just a simple fix, and nice, honest customer service. I'll be coming back here for future work on our cars. p.s. If you're curious Fordyce Auto Center is the first place I listed.

Got an oil change. The oil plug was already rounded I'm not blaming you for that but the force that was applied to an obviously damaged bolt was definitely inconsiderate. I wish you would of offered to either replace it or just used common sense to not tighten so much that it's now impossible to get off even with bolt extractors.... just turned a $5 fix into an all day project costing $25 and counting because it's still not off.
