My beautiful Acura TL needed an alignment badly so I asked my guys at Discount Tire where to take it. They gave me the card to Cooper's. So I scheduled my appointment for Wed morning, come to find out I got called into work from 7a-12p. When I called Cooper's they said "no worries just bring it in when you can, we'll take care of you." So I brought the care over around 12:30-1p and it was done by the end of the day (5:25p to be exact). Great same day service even with the surprise reschedule I had to make. I asked for a front alignment and they called me because the rear was out of line too, for only $20 extra to line up the rear why not! Great prices too, a 12 month guaranteed alignment for $90! Can't beat that anywhere I've checked. Turns out one of my tires has a separated belt so they rotated my tires free of charge just to make sure it was the tires and not the alignment. When I got back on the road my ride is straight and true, steering wheel is centered and I'm not broke either. Overall from start to finish I felt very comfortable leaving my baby in their possession and having them work on it. Great customer service and Eric in the front was extremely knowledgeable in general and I was surprised at how much the guys in the shop communicate with Eric up front. Seamless service and when it comes down to getting my car worked on, I could trust these guys from the get go and will be going back for anything I can't accomplish myself.

Have taken 3 vehicles to Cooper's for many years now. We had a 1998 Jeep that they worked on, several times, and now whenever we need service for our Nissan maxima and / or our Honda Pilot, that's where we go without hesitation. Great service. Honest people. No complaints.

On two separate occasions I have brought my vehicle to Coopers and was told "Ah, I am not going to charge you for this" and "You don't need us to do this, you can do this yourself" after they assessed the vehicle. I have referred 3 co-workers to Coopers (no relations to tire conglomerate, as the owner will tell you). Locally owned, and have always had repairs completed faster than other estimates. Purchased a used car and had Cooper's check it out before I bought it (110 pt check for 100.00) and helped me negotiate a better price. One time I had work done, I stupidly left my wallet in the cupholder, they called me immediately and told me I left my wallet in the car. I cannot give Cooper's a stronger recommendation.

I've been going to Coopers for at least 15 yrs. At times they tell me that the service i request is not due yet and can wait. Very polite, down to earth, honest. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE as all repairs, service or replacement of normally fatigued components have been performed and a timely and cost- appropriate fashion. Thanks guys! Molly Romary MD

We brought in our 2002 nissan sentra because it was not starting up properly. Not only did they fix it quickly and inexpensively, but they were also able to tell us that we would need a new tranny within the year! We got a second opinion which confirmed what they told us- we really appreciated the info, even though we are not experiencing any problems now. Looks like it's time to trade in. Thanks SOOOO much for an honest mechanic. They are so hard to find nowadays.

The diagnostic services there are first notch. The work might not be cheap but Dennis will tell you why you need it done, and if it can wait. They also have no problem if they diagnose a problem and you want to do the work at home yourself. My whole family goes there and I do not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

I was surprised to see some bad reviews online for Coopers. I took my SUV there with a hard to diagnose issue and they spent a good deal of time tracking down the issue and only charged me for the actual repair that was required, not for the investigation work. They even gave me a lift home. I went to them in the first place after a recommendation from a colleague and I'm a regular customer now.
