2012 Subaru Outback takes conventional oil, without asking they put in synthetic and then made me pay extra for it. Also gave me a quote on tires $200 higher than 2 other local places. Never going back.
Hi Ed! First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to reflect on your recent experience at Cooper's Automotive. Secondly, we are very sorry it was a negative service experience with your Subaru Outback and we take your feedback very seriously. We are extremely sorry for the troubles and confusion caused during this experience. At Cooper's we use the oil type stated by the car's manufacturer, in this case, Subaru recommends synthetic oil. If you would allow us another chance to service your Outback, we would appreciate the opportunity to make this right with you. Thank you for allowing our team and family the opportunity to earn your trust and continue building a relationship with you. We look forward to seeing you at your next regularly scheduled maintenance. Thanks again! ~Cooper's Automotive
