I really liked you all personally and appreciated your humor and good service. I was disappointed that you never took responsibility for what happened. My car is fine--no battery issues. The issues were caused by over-filling the oil by more than an inch (which I've now verified by two different hybrid mechanics), and an apology for the significant inconvenience to me and my fiance that day would have been helpful.

Cooper's is always fast, friendly and fair. They go out of their way to inform me of the progress of the repairs as they are happening, and they charge very reasonable and affordable prices. They always tell me if they have come across something unusual that I might need to plan ahead for. I have NEVER felt pressured to buy something or make a repair; they just inform me and let me make the decision. They are a wonderful small-town business!!!

I had to get my head gasket replaced, new timing belt, and breaks done. Eric took the time to explain not only everything he was going to do to my car, but why he had to do it. He also emailed me all of the cost information broken down so I could see where my money was going. He went above and beyond and made me feel like it was like a family member taking care of me. I highly recommend going here. They are fair, reasonable, good people who do a quality job.
