Since I broke down on the opposite side of town from where I live, roughly 30 minutes to closing time, using Coopers was a decision made on how my phone call went with them. They accommodated for my last minute breakdown and tow shortly after their closing time. They were straight forward with expectations and very communicative with the diagnosis and my options. Repair was fast after they were able to get to it. No complaints. Good experience. Would use them again.

My experience in returning to a automotive service I used in the 90s was well founded. The staff there were helpful in explaining solutions to my mechanical issues. They kept me informed in what corrections were recommend and costs that were anticipated. One of the items on my list to be done was a request that did not need to be done (WHAAAAT!!? Most would just do the work and charge me for the work that didn't need to be performed.) and consideration of an item I might no be aware of. The result was my truck was completed, in record time, for a reasonable price and by a staff I highly recommend to others to consider for their automotive needs. THANKS! Cooper Automotive.

I drove from Denver to Cooper's. The pricing is fair and honest, and the service is great. I will continue to take my car there for anything except oil changes. Only because it is too far to go for an oil change.
