The staff at Cooper's properly diagnosed the issue with our vehicle, and had it repaired the next day. They let you know the overall condition of your vehicle, but don't try to up-sell other products or items. I have had good experiences at Cooper's, and even when things needed to be re-done (due to a bad part), they were fair about getting things done.
