Was recommended to me for their "good customer service". Took my SUV in to have its shocks and struts inspected/replaced. Found Jessica to be very customer oriented and kept me informed as to the status of my car. They had integrity and honesty. Told me nothing was wrong with my shocks/struts (which would have been a $400 - $800 job). Would go back for any additional car service needs I might have.

Vehicle was taken in for just an oil change and alignment, but everything was done well. They fill all the fluid levels, check all the lights, and inspected brakes, air filter, etc. I appreciate that at Cooper's, they don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Indeed, when providing my inspection results, they passed on that things were in really good shape. I feel that when they eventually do recommend that my car needs something replaced, it will be an honest assessment. They also had the work done actually earlier than what was predicted.

The truck was out of town when some warning lights came on for the brakes. A "big chain" shop indicated a $950 repair, which I declined. Cooper's fixed the problem for $825. I've been bringing all my vehicles here for years, and this past experience is another example of how they have earned our trust.
