I had a last-minute trip to Michigan and needed an oil change. It was Saturday, and I really didn't think Cooper's could help me on such short notice, so I went to the automotive department at a chain store. They denied the service, stating that the oil plug had been rounded by my last service provider (Cooper's). I called Cooper's, and Eric got me in right away. Cooper's had no problems removing the oil plug and completing the service. They did put in a new plug, as well as topped off fluids, adjusted tire pressure, etc. to ready me for my trip. It was good to feel confident that my old car could still perform well.
