I set up my appointment on line worked with Jessica. There was a minor miscommunication during the process but this was sorted out very quickly at the end of the job. Jessica took care of me and the alignment was done correctly. After the alignment which was a FJ Cruiser with a suspension kit, I had further questions, so the technician took the time to walk me through what he did and we talked other FJ Cruisers he had seen. I called the suspension manufacture and the confirmed everything the technician had explained to me. I trust Cooper's Automotive and will bring my other cars here when they need service. It is hard to find a shop that you can trust in and I believe I have found that shop.

Just a routine check on maintenance items, but (as usual) no attempt to up-sell unneeded services products. They did find and fix a loose or missing bracket which had been a source of annoyance, and charges a reasonable amount for doing so.
