Very good work and customer service. The work was done on time, and done exactly as planned and to specifications. I will say that, based upon my experiences with comparable service providers in the area, the quotes I've received and prices I've paid for services, both parts and labor, tend to be on the high side. Depending on what you need and what your experiences may have been with other shops, it may very well be worth it to know you're getting work done right, and done on time.

Told me they couldn't check a battery unless it was in the veh, as an A.S.E. Certified Master Auto Tech for over 25 years I know this is total Bull Shit! What kind of an auto repair shop wouldn't have a way to charge a battery and test it out of a veh, one that isn't cust service oriented. Buyer Beware

Another great experience with Coopers Auto Care in Lafayette! They finished our oil change faster than the promised time and always a pleasure to interact with the professional staff. They also discounted our second oil change since we brought both cars in the same week. Will definitely be coming back to this well-run business.
