The people at Cooper Automotive are always very friendly and very knowledgeable. While waiting for the front desk person to finish a call they were on I was very happy about what I heard the person telling the customer on the phone about not being able to give a quote over the phone until they actually seen the vehicle to determine what needed to be done. In their words they thought that they would be lying to the customer if they gave them a quote over the phone without seeing the vehicle first.

Phillip, Thank you for reflecting on your experience at Cooper's. I am very glad that you made it a point to bring up our policy for over-the-phone estimates. More often than not, we find if quite difficult to explain why we won't give out a quote to a client when we don't have the vehicle in our shop. We certainly understand that most people are price-conscious and are some will people will even "price shop" to locate an auto shop that will service their car at the cheapest rate. We have come to find there is a great difference between cheap & a good value. We will stand behind our work (and our parts) 100%, and we have the nationwide warranty with NAPA to back it up. I was sad that my old mechanic was retiring and a little nervous that I wouldn't find someone else I liked so well....I was so pleased with my first experience with Cooper's Automotive, from the friendly, informative and professional front office staff to the mechanics and the work they did.
