I was very pleased with my first time visit. I was told upfront that they were booked for the day and would likely not be able to get to my car until the next day. I left it anyway. Within a very short time, they got back to me with the issue. Cooper Automotive continued to keep me in the loop. I was very pleased with every phone conversation as well as the individuals at the front desk. This will now be my repair and maintenance shop - extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience here!!!

Scheduled appointment time was respected. Service was performed fast, staff was friendly and respectful of my time. However, I was charged more than initially told over the phone for my synthetic oil change, which was disappointing.

Tabitha, We apologize if there was a break down in communication in regards to the pricing of your synthetic oil change. We are confident that our services/inspections are completely thorough and we know that our pricing is competitive. However, our advisers should have been clear and upfront as to what you as the customer should expect to be financially responsible for. I knew when I called for the first time this was the place I wanted to go. Eric was so nice and once I got there they helped me and so saved me money. The person that checked my car out was also so nice and I totally trust them now. I will go back if I need work done in the future. Thank you for your help!
