The folks at Cooper's are knowledgeable and honest. I brought my 2010 Mazda3 in for a 90k-mile checkup. After looking at the car, Cooper's said there's nothing wrong: no repairs; no belt, spark-plug or hose replacement needed.

Cooper's was very helpful in explaining the damage to my car from an accident I was in. They even put it up on a lift and showed me everything that was damaged and answered all my questions - and didn't charge me anything. (Because I needed to take it to a body shop to have it repaired.)

I was very pleased with my first time visit. I was told upfront that they were booked for the day and would likely not be able to get to my car until the next day. I left it anyway. Within a very short time, they got back to me with the issue. Cooper Automotive continued to keep me in the loop. I was very pleased with every phone conversation as well as the individuals at the front desk. This will now be my repair and maintenance shop - extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience here!!!
