Recommended by my realtor as I am relocating to the area, I was so impressed by the quality of the service found at this auto repair shop. Right from the get go of my pleas to obtain a quick appointment, Eric was so accommodating , and when I arrived in the early hours so they could fit me in, I knew I was in the right place. Listening to the way customers' needs were being handled as I sat in the immaculate customer waiting area, I could just tell I was about to receive topnotch service. When the mechanic brought Eric the diagnosis, he took the time to sit down and go over all the technical specs and my options to enable me to make an informed decision as to what would best suit my needs...no pressure, and because the mechanic had performed the proper test to measure the CCA (cold cranking amps), I learned there was absolutely no need to replace the alternator as I had been advised by another shop, thereby allowing me to leave Coopers in short order with a new 6-year battery and a new brake light that had gone unnoticed by me for fully one third of the estimate I had received from the other repair shop. Once I move here, Coopers will be my go-to repair shop. Thank you!
