I am a fairly new customer with Cooper's Automotive. My car is not new anymore, more the opposite. It mostly needs oil changes and some smaller fixes here and there. Due to its age, certain quirks crop up, and the question is what needs to be fixed, how, and when. Cooper's has assessed these quirks without recommending going all in with repairs, but rather explaining what is going on, what the options are, and how aggressively (or not) a problem should be addressed. This speaks for their experience and respect for the customer, and I will be happily coming again.

I thought I had a nail in a tire causing a slow leak. There was no nail, but the mechanic sprayed my tire and found a leak at the valve stem. He fixed it quickly snd I wasn’t charged since I bought the tires at Cooper’s. Excellent service and great people there.
