I haven't been a long time customer with Cooper's, but I've been very satisfied with the service I've received. My last visit there actually didn't cost me a cent. I brought my car in to have the engine steam cleaned to diagnose an oil leak. A few hours after I dropped the car off Eric called to inform me that they were able to diagnose the leak without performing the steam clean, saving me almost $100. They could have done the procedure and told me the same news, but they didn't, which speaks volumes about their integrity. This isn't the first time I've saved money going to Cooper's, just one example. In the past I've gone to shops and dealt with surly, impatient front desk people who offer no advice or options about my car and then gouge me on sub-par work. The staff I have encountered, specifically Eric, have been nothing but informative, helpful, sensitive to financial needs, and honest. Yes, you may pay a little more for work at Cooper's compared to other shops, but the work is always guaranteed and worth it in the long run. Since my last visit I ended up purchasing a new car based on the advice I was given at Cooper's, and I intend on taking my new car to them for any future automotive needs.
