Coopers is the only place I will trust with my 2020 Ram 1500! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When dropping it off, I mentioned the rotation was probably a futile effort as my tires are in need of replacement. Heather mentioned that they would inspect the brakes as part of that service, so it wasn’t a total waste, I agreed. Heather called about 20 minutes later and said all four tires were worn differently and there wouldn’t be a way to rotate them effectively, and they wouldn’t do it just to charge me for it. I thought this was an amazing example of exactly who/how Coopers operates and exactly why they’re the only ones that touch my truck besides myself! Thank you Heather and everyone at Coopers! You guys are the epitome of how a business should operate.
