The work began at the appointed time and was completed shortly thereafter. I was treated courteously in the office. So far as I know, the work was done correctly.

As a senior, that relies on my car daily. Cooper's has always accommodated my needs in a timely manor. Jessica and Eric are simply the best! Dennis' crew is efficient and polite. I truly appreciate having them in Lafayette.

As always, timely and efficient service! It never disappoints especially when I also asked for an unscheduled tire rotation at the time of the oil change. Eric and Jessica are always willing to accommodate the customer and I was happy that I would not have to make another appointment and go back. I am always pleased with the service I receive!

Cooper Automotive does a great job! When I called to schedule an appointment, I was able to get one right away. When I remembered that my children's schools had late start that day Jessica that works at Cooper Automotive was able to reschedule my appointment for later that same day.
