As usual, I received excellent, honest and reliable service. I have been going to Cooper's to have my vehicles serviced for 12 years and while I have moved out of the area, I still take my vehicle there because I never have to worry about receiving any service or repairs which are not necessary. Eric has always been a wealth of information and extremely pleasant to speak to & I know I'll always get the truth about any repairs or service my vehicle may need. I highly recommend Cooper's!

I have been going to Cooper's for years because of their exceptional service. But the people who work at Cooper's are also exceptional people. A good example is last week when I came for an oil lube on my Camry. While waiting, I received a call about a home emergency. Cooper's got my car ready for me in a jiffy, but as I was driving back my tire picked up a nut and become undrivable, so I turned around and came back to Cooper's. They said they would take care of it and I could pick up my car that evening before they closed or when they opened the next morning. To make a long story short, my husband got me home, and things were slowly settling down when a message came in from Cooper's that the car was ready. Then at Cooper's losing time, 6pm, I received a courtesy call from Cooper's asking me whether I needed my car that evening. They were prepared to stay open for me to do that, if need be. Amazing kindness! When I arrived the next morning to get the car, Cooper's presented me with the nut but declined to charge for the repair. If you are looking for a highly knowledgeable, honest, reliable, reasonable, and caring garage, look no further. As I've learned over the years, Cooper's is the best.

I will never take my car anywhere else. Eric was extremely communicative and honest with me about the work my car was going to need, and helped me weigh my options as far as fixing it went. He also went out of his way to keep in contact with me after the work was completed. These guys really care about their customers, and I trust them 100%.
