When my college age granddaughter visited us from Kansas City, we asked Cooper's to perform their usual thorough inspection and routine service of her car on short notice, since she was planning to only stay a few days. In addition, she needed to have her passenger side mirror replaced. Eric received an exorbitant price quote from the car dealer for a new mirror. On his own initiative, he contacted aftermarket suppliers throughout the country to find a suitable mirror at a more reasonable cost. He made follow-up calls to assure the timely delivery of the mirror, and it was replaced in time for our granddaughter to leave as scheduled.
