Very friendly i would definately return for more services

After having negative experiences at other local repair shops I was thrilled to speak and work with Eric! He has been straightforward and friendly giving me all the info first so that I could make informed decisions on my Jeep. Having an older vehicle means it is even tougher to find a good mechanic that can trouble shoot without plugging it in to a computer and getting told what's wrong. Their diligence and customer service to get you prompt answers and your vehicle back in shape is why I recommend them.

Cooper's Automotive was a great experience. I live in Lafayette and saw a teacher discount for an oil change. I called when the promotion had already run out, but the tech said they would still honor it. I thought that was cool.The guy who worked the front desk was super helpful and friendly. He answered a bunch of questions for me I had about my car. I was also impressed by his no BS approach. Good people and I'll probably go back again when I need some more work.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Coopet Automotive. Eric the service manager was awesome, he not only fixed my breaks but was able to help me save a few bucks by applying discounts I didn't even know about - how many auto shops will do that?! My whole experience was awesome and I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. They are Honest with integrity and did an excellent job!

I would not let just anybody work on my 1968 Mustang. I trusted Cooper's and was rewarded with fair, fast, & courteous service. What more could I ask for?

Outstanding service and commitment to honesty and transparencey. Here's an example: The other day, while waiting for a scheduled oil change, a female customer came in and asked for help. Her car was not starting properly and she was concerned about the starter. Dennis had one of his Tech's do a diagnostic and suspected it might be her alternator and not the starter, but also noted the wires connecting her battery were loose. He tightened them and advised her to run the vehicle for several days and see if that would resolve the issue. She asked how much she owed him and he said "nothing, have a good day". He could have told her she had a bad alternator and charged her for a new one plus for performing a diagnostic test. He didn't, he took the "High Road" and did the right thing. I was amazed and overwhelmed with awe at his honesty...and that my friends, is one of the many reasons I am a regular client of Cooper's Automotive.
