Outstanding service and commitment to honesty and transparencey. Here's an example: The other day, while waiting for a scheduled oil change, a female customer came in and asked for help. Her car was not starting properly and she was concerned about the starter. Dennis had one of his Tech's do a diagnostic and suspected it might be her alternator and not the starter, but also noted the wires connecting her battery were loose. He tightened them and advised her to run the vehicle for several days and see if that would resolve the issue. She asked how much she owed him and he said "nothing, have a good day". He could have told her she had a bad alternator and charged her for a new one plus for performing a diagnostic test. He didn't, he took the "High Road" and did the right thing. I was amazed and overwhelmed with awe at his honesty...and that my friends, is one of the many reasons I am a regular client of Cooper's Automotive.
