When it comes to getting service on my car, I have had some negative experiences in the past which lead me to try to bring my boyfriend with me whenever I need an oil change, etc. However, at Cooper's I am always treated with kindness and respect. I was thrilled not only with their pricing and quality of work, but their hospitality. As long as I'm living in the Denver/Boulder area, I will be taking my car to Cooper's and recommending my friends and family do the same.

Great one day response to front bearing going out during the holidays. The staff is very personable and attentive. The mechanic showed me the issue and the necessary repairs. Pricing was fair and they gave discounts.

Service excellent, very prompt service which matched my scheduled time. My one big disappointment occurred when I got home. I left my truck parked in my my drive for about 30 minutes. When I moved my truck I discovered that oil had dripped onto my driveway. Spot was about 2 " in diameter. Haven't seen any on garage floor so hope it's a one time deal.

Mr. Mcbreen, Thank you for your honest feedback. Sometimes there can be a small oil spot that is unavoidable when removing the oil filter. That being said, we would be happy to take a look at your truck to make sure the service was completed correctly. Also, if you need fluids topped off you are welcome to stop by our shop any time.
