Eric and Miranda are great! They take care of my needs in a timely manner and are ALWAYS very friendly and honest with me. I have not used another automotive facility since moving to Colorado from Dallas in 2013, nor felt the need to shop around. They get the work done correctly the first time, if not they will make it right (I have not had this happen, but due to their work ethic, have no doubt they take care of their customers. I also love the coupons they send in the mail...every little bit helps. When the opportunity arises, I always recommend Coopers. Michelle Jackson, a highly satisfied customer since 2013 and still coming back!!

I brought my car in because of a problem with my window. I authorized one hour of diagnostic testing. Because they could not duplicate the problem, I was not charged. This confirms my opinion that they are honest people to do business with. When they do find a problem they fix it with competence.

I am very happy with the service that I receive from you. I would give you 5 stars, but I do feel the oil change and basic service that comes with that is a little pricey. Recently, when I lived in Ashland, Oregon, I only paid $29.00 for similar service. That included the oil, filter and labor. Anyway, I will keep using your firm because I trust the advice that you give me.

It may sound a bit cliche, but ... These guys were Fast, Friendliy, and Fair! Brought my company car in to get a nail removed--they had repaired it, ready to roll in 30min. So satisfied, I brought my Jeep back to get it aligned the next day... Same thing; dropped it off around 7:30am thinking it was going to take forever, they had it ready by mid morning. The customer service was outstanding! Thanks go to Morinda, Eric and the crew.
