Always good service. Eric in the front is great! Very knowledgeable, personable. He sees you arrive, calls you by name, has your paperwork ready before you come in the door. He keeps you informed of progress on the car if you're waiting for it. They always check fluid levels, tire pressure, etc. Coopers is a little far for me, so I tried Brighton Auto Body recently. Not going into detail here, but Coopers is worth the extra drive. I'll never "stray" again.

Good, quick, accurate diagnostics of electrical problem. Fair price. Only thing I wished was better was the explanation of what was found (where the problem was). No one explained things.

Mr. Hodge, While we always appreciate positive feedback, hearing ways we can improve on our customer service is far more valuable. I'm sorry that we failed to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and repair. When we are busy, which seems to be the norm lately, it is easy to get caught up in the chaos and, unfortunately, important steps can be missed. I moved to Lafayette a year ago. I discovered Cooper's Automotive after I had already taken my car to another repair and maintenance shop where I wasn't entirely satisfied. So, the next time I needed service, I took my car to Cooper's. I have been very happy with their service and above all, I feel that they are very honest and only suggest work that is truly necessary and at a fair rate. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a great car mechanic.

I was recomended to Cooper's Auto by a guy who does my oil changes. When my Master Cylinder went out on my truck, I called them on a Saturday. They got me in immediately, did an ivaluation, and had me back on the road Monday morning. Although they were busy, they made sure I was safe and understood that I needed my truck for work. I adore this shop and all the staff! They have my business from now on!

It is always frustrating when a vehicle is not working right. Though that is the case I have come to trust the team over at Cooper's Auto to fix the things that come up. They are professional and communicate well about what needs to be fixed and also how "urgent" it is to get fixed. Most of all I appreciate the good communication.

This was my first time to entrust Cooper's with my vehicle and I am glad that I did! I had been told that I needed a brake job, transmission fluid, and new tires from the dealership so I went in for a second opinion and I am so glad that I did. Cooper's only recommended tires and the other services I will not need for a long time. I received courteous, professional service and was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend Cooper's.
