From making the appointment to picking up the car, everyone was very professional and well-spoken. They told me exactly what to expect and explained their warranty policy up-front. The only problem I had was them forgetting the oil change afterwards, but they immediately fixed the problem in 20 minutes or so and then comped me the oil change to compensate me for my time. Like I said, very professional.
