Seriously the most amazing customer service I have ever gotten from an Automotive Shop! Eric is the employee that I was working with directly for over a week and he was so patient and kind. They are very detailed here and have an open door policy, meaning you are able to come see exactly what they are talking about any time. Unfortunately, I had bad news when I found out that my engine was completely worn and had to be replaced, but I never felt mad given the amount of kindness that this team brought me. P.S. I just moved to Colorado and found my lifelong Automotive Shop! Awesome job guys!

I have been using this mechanic for 6 years now, and I only ever had one repair not work for long. However, I was within the warranty time and they stood behind their work, which I appreciate. All other times, their work has been flawless.They explain everything so you understand what is going on with your vehicle and they will answer any questions that you have. They have never tried to upsell me, but they do let me know when a part may go out within the next few months or so. Very honest and transparent, which is important to me. I highly recommend this mechanic.
