Wow! I haven’t been impressed by an auto service place for awhile! Not only was I treated well but I heard Eric on the phone with customers and was SO impressed! He was very thorough and explained why different things were needed, how the engine or part worked and approx. how long and how much $$ it would cost to repair. As a woman we often get treated like we don’t have a brain and of course told we need things that we really don’t. It’s refreshing to know that there’s a place you can go to that you will be treated ethically and respectful. I will be back! 😊

My car had to towed to Coopers and I had no idea what was. wrong. The next morning Coopers diagnosed the problem and called me. Told me what they were going to do and told me the cost. By Noon, the car was repaired.Quick, competent, and reasonably priced.

While my family has been a loyal customer at Coopers for many years, it seems that as our vehicles get older, and need service/repair, we are seeing a different side of Cooper's. Our experience used to be one that grew our trust in them. Lately, our experience has damaged our trust in them. New issues and damage is discovered after picking up our vehicles. Things that they state have been fixed, with significant cost to us, are still a problem when we pick up the vehicle. They are not fixed, in fact, the issue is often worse, or it created new problems that weren't there before. Then, for Coopers to take no responsibility for the negative impact of their service...it feels negligent and deceitful. It hurts to acknowledge that...after so many years of good service. We'll be looking for a new auto maintenance company.

Cooper is normally attentive and efficient. My recent experience left me feeling like a forgotten customer waiting for my car. Because of two additional maintenance items (battery replacement and new taillight) the service took twice as long as I was told. While I trust the owner,my recent visit left me disappointed.
