While my family has been a loyal customer at Coopers for many years, it seems that as our vehicles get older, and need service/repair, we are seeing a different side of Cooper's. Our experience used to be one that grew our trust in them. Lately, our experience has damaged our trust in them. New issues and damage is discovered after picking up our vehicles. Things that they state have been fixed, with significant cost to us, are still a problem when we pick up the vehicle. They are not fixed, in fact, the issue is often worse, or it created new problems that weren't there before. Then, for Coopers to take no responsibility for the negative impact of their service...it feels negligent and deceitful. It hurts to acknowledge that...after so many years of good service. We'll be looking for a new auto maintenance company.
